Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Yazoray, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Yazoray provides food truck owners with a hosted public page, online pickup ordering, AI-assisted menu import, and a real-time discovery map. The platform charges a flat monthly subscription fee. Yazoray does not take a commission on orders.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Customer payments for orders are processed through Stripe Connect and transferred directly to the truck owner's connected Stripe account. Yazoray does not hold customer funds.
5. Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (menus, photos, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Yazoray a license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Yazoray reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yazoray is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
